Task Force Charge
TBased on the recommendations of the initial Accreditation and Transition Task Forces and informed by the Third National Profession Wide Congress in Dallas, 2006, the charge of the Implementation Task Force is to help shape the processes and to continue to prepare the field for accreditation as a quality assurance mechanism for the profession.
Membership
Task Force members represent a wide array of stakeholders to obtain
diverse input and perspectives, including:
- large and small programs, colleges, and universities with
professional preparation programs in school health, community health
and/or public health;
- public, private and non-profit institutions in higher education;
- current credentialing and accreditation agencies in health
education; and
- other sectors
